RETURNS

In an event that any items you have ordered from us is damaged or defective, or if the item delivered is different from what you had ordered, the item will only be accepted for return.

The refund will be made to you within 3 business days upon receiving the garment.

Please share your bank account details with 0779777544 in order to make the refund.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to do this within 3 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn, resalable condition with tag intact.

Please note that we will only exchange if the size doesn’t fit,

Option 1 – Into a different size in the same product

Option 2 – If the requested size isn’t available, it can be exchanged into a different style

A flat rate of Rs.350 will be added for any exchanges as a delivery fee.
